Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not provide any of your Personal Information to any third parties without your specific consent. We may share non-Personal Information, such as aggregate user statistics, demographic information, and Usage Information with third parties. By submitting your Personal Information you consent to the sharing of your Personal Information with HSTS sponsors (including, without limitation, Verizon Wireless) as well as other entities and strategic partners involved in the creation, production, marketing and promotion of the HSTS program (including, without limitation, AEG). The Personal Information disclosed to any such third parties may be used for such third parties’ marketing, advertising, promotional and other lawful purposes, and will be subject to the privacy policy and business practices of such third parties.

We may share your Personal Information with a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

Legal Disclosure.
