The Site is offered by Momentum Entertainment Group (“Momentum”) and its affiliate companies and site developers (collectively, “the Company”, or “we”, “us”, “our”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, because by using the Site you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Information You Provide To Us

Any information you submit on the Site will be used for a variety of internal Company purposes, including for example, to: administer the How Sweet the Sound (“HSTS”) program; to process your HSTS submission/entry; respond to your questions and requests; provide you with access to certain areas and features of the Site; verify your identity; communicate with you about the HSTS program and your/entry as well as future HSTS programs; communicate with you about your activities on the Site; improve the Site and for internal Company purposes; contact you with regard to your use of the Site, and, in our discretion, changes to any Company policy; and for purposes disclosed at the time you provide your Personal Information or otherwise with your consent.
3. SHARING OF INFORMATION
Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not provide any of your Personal Information to any third parties without your specific consent. We may share non-Personal Information, such as aggregate user statistics, demographic information, and Usage Information with third parties. We may also share your information as disclosed at the time you provide your information, as set forth in this Privacy Policy and in the following circumstances:
Third Parties That Are Strategic Partners Or That Are Providing Services On Our Behalf.
In order to carry out your requests, to make various features, services and materials available to you through the Site, and to respond to your inquiries, we may share your Personal Information with third parties that are our strategic partners, HSTS sponsors, or that perform functions on our behalf (or on behalf of our partners/sponsors), such as companies or individuals that: host or operate our Site; analyze data; or provide customer service.
Your Agreement To Have Your Personal Information Shared.
By submitting your Personal Information you consent to the sharing of your Personal Information with HSTS sponsors (including, without limitation, Verizon Wireless) as well as other entities and strategic partners involved in the creation, production, marketing and promotion of the HSTS program (including, without limitation, AEG). The Personal Information disclosed to any such third parties may be used for such third parties’ marketing, advertising, promotional and other lawful purposes, and will be subject to the privacy policy and business practices of such third parties.
Third Parties In Connection with Corporate Changes.
We may share your Personal Information with a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
Legal Disclosure. The Company may transfer and disclose information, including your Personal Information, Usage Information and Device Identifier, (including IP address), to third parties to comply with a legal obligation; when we believe in good faith that the law requires it; at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation; to verify or enforce our Terms of Use or other applicable policies; to respond to an emergency; or otherwise to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of third parties, visitors to our Site or the public.

Please note that you may not be able to participate in all functions of this Site if you direct us not to share your Personal Information with third parties.
5. CHILDREN.
The Site is not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we request that individuals under the age of eighteen (18) do not provide Personal Information through the Site.
6. NON-US RESIDENTS.
This Site is not directed to anyone who is not a U.S. legal resident, and we request that individuals who are not U.S. legal residents do not provide Personal Information through the Site.
