Jackie Patillo’s professional journey tells the story of someone who is consistent, determined and committed to serve those called to music ministry.

In 1989, Patillo began at Star Song Communications, where she successfully signed and developed new CCM artists. Patillo was promoted to Vice President of A&R in 1995, and later launched Star Song's gospel division. Patillo was recruited by Jeff Moseley to season the A&R department at the Benson Music Group, in 1997. At Benson, Patillo continued to forge her reputation in artist development.

In 2001 Integrity Media hired Patillo as General Manager of the Gospel music division. Adding on to the Integrity foundation; Patillo launched Integrity Gospel, a new home for gospel and urban praise and worship artists and products. Integrity Gospel became one of the premier gospel labels during Patillo’s 5 year service.

The journey led to NY in May of 2006 as Patillo accepted the position as VP of A&R and Artist Development for Zomba Gospel a Sony/BMG label. Boasting a roster of Platinum and Gold selling artists. Zomba Gospel is the largest gospel label in the world.

Patillo has been a member of the Gospel Music Association since 1978. She served on the GMA Board of Directors and was Chairperson for 1997's Gospel Music Week convention. In 1992, Patillo graduated from the Leadership Music Nashville program. She has been a member of NARAS since 1993 and sits on the Grammy gospel screening committee.
