The How Sweet the Sound Finale
Verizon welcomed gospel fans to Los Angeles on October 28 for the How Sweet The Sound™ Finale at the STAPLES Center. Congratulations to the 2011 Overall Winning Choir Salvation and Deliverance Church Choir, performing "Hallelujah Chorus (A Soulful Celebration)", which took home cash and prizes totaling $40,000. Many thanks to all participating choirs, our enthusiastic co-hosts Donald Lawrence and CeCe Winans, and our incomparable tour judge Marvin Sapp, all of our guest performers, judges, and of course, all of the communities across the nation that continually inspired us as we traveled to 9 cities across the country.
